Import

CSV import with a preview before you commit

Bring in a CSV with phone numbers plus optional name, email, tags, and opt-in status/source columns. A preview of the first rows shows exactly what will land before you confirm.

CSV columns

  • Required: phone number in E.164 format
  • Optional: name, email, tags, opt-in status and source
  • A result summary after import — accepted, updated, and skipped rows, with per-row errors

Every contact carries an opt-in state. Mark a number opted-out or blocked directly, and every campaign audience filter respects it automatically — no separate suppression list to maintain.
