Every Chat with Sahayogi customer pays the same two things. We bill the first, Meta bills the second.

Platform subscription

A monthly subscription for access to the Chat with Sahayogi workspace — templates, campaigns, contacts, integrations, audit logs, the in-app dashboard, and support. Sized to your conversation volume and the roadmap features you need.

Line item 2 · Meta invoices you

WhatsApp conversation rates

Meta charges per-conversation rates on the WhatsApp Business Platform — published on Meta’s own pricing page and billed directly to your Meta Business Account. We don’t mark these up; you pay Meta exactly what Meta charges.

Audit logs and quality monitoring

Per-number quality dashboard, downloadable audit trail, real-time surfacing of Meta-imposed restrictions. Included on every plan.

Data residency

Customer data stays in India

All customer data — contacts, message history, audit logs — stored in Indian data centres. Aligned with DPDP Act 2023.
