Inbox

Every reply lands in one inbox, not five tabs.

Text, quick-reply buttons, images, documents, locations, and shared contacts all show up the way your customer actually sent them — with the tools to reply fast built in.

What's in the inbox

Built for the way WhatsApp conversations actually happen.

Replies

Text, buttons, and media — all in one composer

Reply with plain text, up to three interactive quick-reply buttons, or an image/document with a caption. Your customer sees a normal WhatsApp message either way.

Reply types

  • Text replies
  • Interactive quick-reply buttons (1–3 per message)
  • Image and document replies with captions

Service window

Meta's 24-hour rule, handled for you

WhatsApp only allows free-form replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Once that window closes, the composer switches to a re-engagement panel that sends an approved template instead of letting the reply silently fail.

Speed

Canned replies and an emoji picker

Insert a saved reply from Manage → Canned Messages with one click, or reach for the emoji picker mid-reply — both built into the same composer. Manage also lets you turn on a webhook notification for events like a failed send, so a stalled conversation does not go unnoticed.

Context

Rich inbound rendering

Incoming images, documents, location pins (with a map link), shared contact cards, and message reactions all render inline — no guessing what the customer sent.

Contact context

Opt-in status, tags, and custom fields, right there

A contact panel next to every thread shows opt-in status, tags, and any custom attributes you track — no tab-switching to the Contacts page mid-conversation.
